Charlotte Ingram, Co-Founder & Director

As an ex-primary school teacher and SENDCo, Charlotte discovered yoga and meditation as a way to overcome, and subsequently, prevent burnout.

“Yoga is so much more than ‘a good stretch’. It provides space on and off the mat – not just physically but mentally too. It provides a time to truly connect to you - to pause, to feel, to notice. I experienced anxiety, stress and burnout for years before finding yoga. This practice is proven to help us in terms of our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. I am incredibly passionate about sharing the many benefits of yoga with others in an accessible, fun and meaningful way.”

Lauren Mason, Co-Founder & Director

Lauren spent ten years in brand and agency marketing roles, and fell in love with yoga when she realised how much it helped her manage day-to-day pressures.

“I’m a huge believer the real magic of yoga happens off the mat. Like many, I originally discovered yoga as a means of exercise, but quickly the practice helped me overcome so many nerves and challenges that the mental benefits became as important as any physical benefit. Now I’m passionate about sharing the practices which have brought equal parts calm and strength to my life - and having some fun along the way!”
